About this Privacy Policy, only the English version is legally binding.


The present policy (together with our Terms & Conditions and any other documents referred to them) establishes the basis on which any personal data we collect about you and/or you provide us will be processed.

The present policy applies to all digital platforms owned by Direct Algarve Shuttle®.

This data can be transferred and/or stored outside of the above mentioned servers by the Direct Algarve Shuttle® team or by any third party workers contracted to us.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
